This form is for Academies to express interest in joining the Premier Academy League.
We welcome applications from new academies who are interested in joining the league, however, there are strict criteria that must be met and approval is subject to availability.
Once you have submitted this form, we will be in touch to discuss your application and provide you with the Application Form.
Only authorised representatives from Academies should fill in this form - i.e. not players or parents.
